Newcastle, NH - This project is currently under construction in the small New Hampshire island enclave of Newcastle. The property enjoys a commanding view of the entrance to Portsmouth Harbor and the Maine coast beyond. The scope of design included a total renovation and expansion to the existing property. The new design takes the original turn of the century shingle style home in a new contemporary direction without losing sight of its historical roots.
