York Harbor , Maine - This existing post & beam framed colonial reproduction home was being outgrown by the family.  The new scope of work included the addition of 920 square feet of new space housing two new children's bedrooms, a new living room with fireplace, new mudroom entry as well as a  re-designed kitchen and extensive built-ins throughout.  Adding to the challenge of the design was the need to blend all of the new work with the exposed timber framing of the existing structure.  Construction broke ground in November of 2007.
